Good Customer service
First of all this is the second order i did with them. First order was flawless. no issues and the rep. Veronica was amazing. I started the order with Veronica but she left the company midway and Ashley took over my order. I cant say enough about how attentive and responsive and awesome ashley was and I can't blame Ashley for what happend.
First shipment was shipped out but when i received it, non of the blinds were up to specs of what I ordered. My quote was specific about the blinds being battery operated but the ones i got were plug ins which were impossible for me to install without routing power to the ceiling. Almost all of them were crooked when pulled down.
Ashley was amazing in making sure that a more professionally done order was shipped out and second shipment was perfect.
Only thing i wish they do is do a proper quality check before shipping out products. Could save clients and them a lot of time and money.
